Syllabus

Attendance

  • Is Mandatory and counts towards your grade.
  • Anything past 5 minutes late will count as an absence.

Grading

  • 1st drafts are 20% of your writing grade. (i.e. Final Draft is 80% of assignment grade)

Regrading Policy

  • Regrades are more than welcome as long as they are requested within a week of the paper being returned.
  • The entire paper will be regraded, (i.e. your grade may go up/down after regrade).

Late Assignments

  • Late assignments will not be accepted. Hard copies of papers are required.

Final Drafts

  • All final drafts of papers must be accompanied by
    • 1) Graded Rough Draft
    • 2) Peer Reviewed Draft with comments
    • 3) Final Draft
  • 15% will deducted from total grade if Peer Review is missing.

Team Projects

  • Weekly Progress reports
  • One per group

Midterm Presentation

  • Final Presentation & Written Report
  • Written Report (aim for 10 pages per person)
